The conference room rate for both the Pre-Conference Workshop and the Annual Meeting will be $54.00. Reservations must be made by Sunday, October 17, 2004. The conference rate cannot be guaranteed after that date. The hotel is located two miles south of the Georgia Archives. Sessions and the Business Luncheon Due to space considerations, the keynote address and the luncheon/business meeting will be held in the Continuing Education Building at Clayton State. The keynote address will be held in Classroom 101 in the Continuing Education Building and will immediately precede the luncheon/business meeting. The luncheon will be in the Atrium adjacent to the classroom. All other activities will be at the Georgia Archives facility.
