Awards

SGA President's Award
- Purpose: To recognize individuals or organizations from outside the archival profession who make significant contributions to it.
SGA Fellows Award
- Purpose: To recognize outstanding contributions to archives and archivists in Georgia. SGA members and past or current Fellows are invited to submit nominations.

Workshops & Continuing Education Opportunities

Carroll Hart Scholarship
- Purpose: To provide funding to attend the Georgia Archives Institute in June.
Brenda S. Banks Educational Workshop Scholarship
- Purpose: To provide funding to attend the SGA-sponsored Spring/Summer Workshop as scheduled by the Education Committee.
Anthony R. Dees Educational Workshop Scholarship
- Purpose: To provide funding to attend the SGA-sponsored Pre-Conference Workshop (held the day preceding the SGA Annual Meeting in October).

Meetings

Edward Weldon Scholarship
- Purpose: To provide the registration fee for an SGA member to attend the Society of American Archivists (SAA) Annual Meeting in August.
Larry Gulley Scholarship
- Purpose: To provide funding to attend the SGA Annual Meeting in October.
Taronda Spencer Award
- Purpose: To provide funding to attend the SGA Annual Meeting in October.
