Welcome to the 2025 SGA Annual Meeting: Archivists "Macon" It Happen: Back to Basics. Society of Georgia Archivists invites you to attend the meeting, to be held at Middle Georgia State University-Macon Campus, Robert F. Hatcher, Sr. Conference Center on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
We are excited to host a day full of presentations, working groups, skills labs, and demonstrations on a broad spectrum of archival work as we take it back to the basics. This year's format is a little different; the keynote will be offered remotely at no cost at 11:00 am October 1, 2025. Please be sure to register separately for Zoom access to the keynote session with Invisible Histories co-founders, Joshua Burford and Maigen Sullivan, PhD.
Then join us IN PERSON at the Robert F. Hatcher, Sr. Conference Center in Macon, Georgia on October 2, 2025 for a FULL day of sessions! A continental breakfast, snacks, and a full lunch will be provided. More information to come!

The Early Bird window for registration will close on September 4, 2025. The regular registration window will close September 24, 2025. Late registration is available until October 2, 2025.
Cancellations are to be refunded as follows:
Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 100% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
